Finance Manager - Enthusiastic and energetic. Details are must but more important is having a great attitude.
Loan Officer - Goal Driven and self motivated. I learned you can not expect someone else to do it for you.
Camping - No better skills then that of being prepared.
Rock Climbing - Confidence in your own abilities
Watching Football - Being able to turn your mind off and just enjoy an event, that is hard for me to do.
